Lake Country Estates is a beautiful, quiet community centrally located in the "Finger Lakes" region of Bath, New York just off of I-86 and was established in 1971.

The community has just over 220 lots, occupied by singlewide and doublewide mobile homes.

The office building is centrally located in the community and provides a "Community Room" which is available and used by tenants to host gatherings, such as a monthly pot luck supper, and a Thursday night euchre game. There is also a library of books available for the tenants to read and exchange.

The community is nestled between the Birdseye Hollow and the Urbana State Forests and is only 10 minutes away from the great fishing on Keuka Lake. Only 20 minutes away from Corning, NY, the home of Corning Glass and the new Corning Hospital Facility, and 25 minutes from Elmira, NY which has several shopping centers, the Arnot Mall & Cinema and a regional airport.
